Q - Is the roped edge effect available in a screwless plate?
A - Unforunately no, due to the way the light switch plate is produced, this is not possible.

Q - Is the plate size with the roped edge slightly bigger than normal switches?
A - Yes, the plate is slightly larger than the bevelled edge switches, the roped edge probably adds 1 or 2 mm to the plate size, ideal if your looking to cover a slightly larger hole from the back box in the wall.
