The Varilight V-Pro Eclipse Remote Dimmer Light Switch has been created to work in conjunction with good quality dimmable LED Light Bulbs. It will also function with dimmable CFL's, mains & low voltage Halogen bulbs.

The V-Pro Eclipse Remote Dimmer will work with the Varilight 8 button YRC8 handset controller to control your lights by infra-red remote control. But also you can use any tv, video, hi-fi or sky controller, also the Eclipse dimmer will function well with the logitech controllers.

The dimmer features soft-start technology which enables extended lamp life of all light bulbs by increasing the lamp brightness softly.

The dimming module contains a heat sensor and a safety feature with overload and short circuit protection.

Compared to the Varilight Touch and remote dimmers, the Eclipse dimmer has upgraded software and can also work in multiway circuits with the slave dimmers, soon to follow the Eclipse slave dimmer.
